Dear Soldiers Family,
I'm so sorry that you're son past away serving for the Israeli Army. I did not know your son on a personal level, but he seems like he was a great man and it is not fair that he had to be gone at such a young age. Your son is an inspiration for me. You have to be very brave to go into the Army and serve for your country like he did. In the army, you are risking your life every single day to protect people that you really owe nothing to. I found your sons story very touching and I think it was amazing that he came all the way from Pennsylvania to serve for the Israeli Army where he could of just stayed in America and served for the American Army. For someone to come from another country to serve for Israel is even more remarkable because everyone in Israel has to serve in the Army straight out of high school whether they like it or not. Again, I am very sorry for your loss.

I am finally free!
Finally! By sunrise tomorrow, I'm going to be a free man. I will be free of being a slave to the Egyptians forever. I'm especially happy because now I know that my children won't have to suffer through all of the cruelty that I suffered through and they will be free to make their own choices and do what they want with their lives. I also just can't believe that after we Jews have been here for exactly 210 years and felt like we were never going to get out, we are going to leave. I'm also a little guilty though because so many people live their whole lives here in slavery and eventually died a slave and I'm lucky enough to be part of the generation that finally breaks out of Egypt. I just can't believe that I have this opportunity to never have to be a slave again. I can't even imagine what it's going to be like to be free! Right now, though, we are planning to have a meal and to sacrifice a lamb in celebration. The only thing that I'm nervous about, though, is that the Egyptians will hunt us down when they find out that we have left and punish us very badly. I hope everything goes well and that we get out of Egypt safely!

The Dead Poet's Society
Summary:
The movie The Dead Poet's Society is about a group of boys who attend a catholic boarding school during the 1950's. The movie starts right when the new school year is starting. The school year just starts out like a normal school year until they meet their new English teacher, Mr. Keeding. Mr. Keeding turns out not to be such a normal English teacher because he plays games with them and go's outside with them and teaches them poetry and even more weird ways. The boys find out that Mr. Keeding was in something called The Dead Poet's Society when he was a student at the school, so they decide to reform it. The Dead Poet's Society was a club where these boys would go to a cave and read poetry with a passion. A little later in the school year, one of the boys, Neil, decided that he was going to try out for the play, even though his father did not like this idea. So he decided that he would not let his father find out, and he ended up getting the lead of the play. The night of the play, Neil thought his father was in Chicago and wouldn't be coming, but his father did end up coming. Neil did amazing in the play, but his father was still very mad at him. His father took him home later that might and said that he would be switching schools as soon as possible. Later that night Neil committed suicide with his dad's gun. Everyone blamed this on Mr. Keeding and even though the other kids knew it wasn't his fault they were forced to sign a paper which said that it was Mr. Keeding's fault. The real reason that Neil committed suicide is because of his father always getting mad at him but none of the adults believed it including his dad. Eventually Mr. Keeding gets fired because of what happened.
Lessons:
I think one of the lessons in this movie is to not judge a book by its cover. For example, all of the administrators had just assumed that Mr. Keeding was the reason that Neil committed suicide because of the advice that he gave Neil, but that advice was really good advice and Neil's dad was the real reason he killed himself. Another lesson here is to stand up for what's right. For example, during the last period that Mr. Keeding was at the school, instead of just letting him walk out sadly, one of the students named Todd, stood up and starting saying a poem that Mr. Keeding taught them and that led to a chain reaction and even though the teacher told the students to stop they kept on going with it until Mr. Keeding left a lot happier than he was.

After killing Abel
OK, I'll start from the beginning. A couple of weeks ago I decided to give a sacrifice to god and of course, my brother, Able, decided to copy me and also give a sacrifice to god. I was very upset about this because I thought it was extremely unfair for Able to give a sacrifice after it was completely my idea and he just decided to copy me. So he went along and gave the sacrifice to god and god only noticed his sacrifice and completely ignored mine. This was just completely unfair because it was my idea to do this in the first place! I had to get my revenge somehow, so I planned to kill him. This was only fair because it was so rude of him to do this and I had to let out my anger somehow. So one day, when we were both outside together, I took a rock and hit him in the head with it and he fell on the ground dead. Now, today, the day after I killed him, I feel like I did the wrong thing, and god is ashamed of me. This is not good at all. I let my anger get the best of me instead of thinking it through. Killing my brother was a huge mistake, and I am ready to pay the price for it from god.
